공공외교 UCC 공모전 참가 안내

1. UCC 공모전 개요

❍ 신청 기간: 2021. 02. 01.(월) ~ 2021. 03. 12.(금) (40일간)

❍ 주제: Korean Public Diplomacy

- 동영상 제작 및 홍보를 통해 공공외교에 대한 일반인들의 이해증진 및 외국인들의 한국에 대한 올바른 인식과 이미지 제고를 위한 영상 제작

       - 예시

(1) 내국인 대상: 공공외교와 한국국제교류재단의 역할, 공공외교와 소프트 파워, 민관협력을 통한 국민 공공외교 (한국어 제작, 영어 자막)

(2) 외국인 대상: 한국의 대중문화, 전통문화, 현대문화, 한국의 역사, 전통, 한국 고유의 발전 과정, 국가 정체성 (영어 제작, 한국어 자막)

※ (1)과 (2)의 양식 중 택일하여 제작

❍ 참가 대상: 만 18세 이상 일반 시민 (외국인 포함)

※ 개인 혹은 그룹으로 지원 가능 (중복 지원 불가)

2. 세부사항

❍ UCC 제작시 유의사항

    - 10분 이내 길이, MP4 포맷의 영상 또는 카드뉴스로 제작할 것

    - 영상 마지막에 음원, 폰트, 이미지 등의 출처를 밝힐 것

❍ 심사 및 시상

    - 심사 결과: 제출한 대표 이메일로 개별 연락

    - 시상

   ① 하단의 참가신청서 다운로드 및 작성 후 이메일 (hamgs1321@korea.ac.kr)로 제출

        ※ E-mail 제목은 “UCC Contest_팀명” 으로 할 것

    - 상기 일정은 필요 시 변경될 수 있음을 미리 말씀드립니다.

    - 유의사항을 위반할 시, 감점 요인이 됩니다.

    - 제출된 영상은 반환되지 않으며, 저작권 및 초상권 침해 관련 책임은 일체 참가자에게 있음을 명시합니다.

    - 저작권 침해 여지가 있는 음원, 이미지 사용을 일절 금합니다.

    - 수상 여부와 관계없이 모든 제작물은 유튜브에 게시될 수 있습니다.

Korean Public Diplomacy UCC Contest

1. General Information on the UCC Contest

❍ Period: 2021. 02. 01.(Mon.) ~ 2021. 03. 12.(Fri.) (40 days)

❍ Theme: Korean Public Diplomacy

    - Promoting public understanding and foreigners’ awareness of Korean public diplomacy and images of Korea through making and promoting videos

    - Examples of Themes

      (1) To Koreans:

Role of Korea Foundation, Public diplomacy and soft power, public diplomacy through private-public cooperation

(Korean voice with English subtitle)

      (2) To foreigners:

Korean pop-culture, traditional culture, Korean history, tradition, Korean development experience, National identity

(English voice with Korean subtitle)

※ You can choose either (1) or (2).

❍ Participants: Anyone who is interested in Korean Public diplomacy, including KU students, foreigners, or general public.

※ You can participate as an individual or a group. However, more than one entry is not allowed.

2. Details

❍ Instructions on Making Videos

    - Videos should be less than 10 minutes in length, and in MP4 format or Card News.

    - Explicitly state references of music, images, fonts, etc., at the end of videos.

❍ Evaluation and Result

    - Result Announcement : E-mails will be sent individually.

    - Award

       ※ E-mail Title must be “UCC Contest_Team Name”

❍ Notes

   - Schedule can be changed if necessary.

   - If you do not comply with the specifications regarding making the videos, your scores will be reduced.

   - Submitted videos will not be returned, and all responsibility for disputes over portrait rights and copyrights shall be borne by the applicant(s).

   - Background music or images that may violate copyrights should be prohibited.

   - All submitted videos may be posted on Youtube.
